For questions about an existing order, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve the issue.

Please do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Order and Shipping Support

Orders are shipped from mainland China.

Order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days, followed by approximately 7–12 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 8–14 business days after successful payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

For tracking questions, address corrections, or delayed deliveries, email us with your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for international return shipping costs and applicable return-related charges. MYFOLDGEL covers necessary return costs for defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly supplied products.
